Fluffy Soufflé Pancakes
Cloud Nine Café offers Japanese-style souffle pancakes, which are cottony clouds in the mouth. We offer a variety of flavors. Most popular are brown sugar with boba, mango cream with pineapple, and strawberry cream with strawberry.
Sponge Castella Cakes
If you are a fan of soft and airy cakes, you must try our castella cake. Taking a bite, you will be conquered by its super-moist, bouncy and spongy texture with slight sweetness. We offer a variety of flavors: original, matcha with red beans, cheesy cheese, lava chocolate, coffee with almond, yogurt with walnuts and goji berry, salty yogurt lava and dried pork with seaweed.
